Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund. This applies to every order, at every price.
Change-of-mind returns
Products priced under CAD $100: we do not accept returns or refunds because you changed your mind, the item is unused, or you no longer want it.
Products priced CAD $100 or more: unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by you unless the item was faulty. Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Sale items and personal care
Sale items and personal-care products that have been opened cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
